Do I need a license for every user?
shopGURU owners can set up as many users as they want, but are restricted to the number of seats purchased. Seats rule how many users can be active in the software at the same time.
Can seats be shared by employees?
shopGURU® seats can be shared by employees, but only one employee can use the seat at any given time. Seats are the number of users logged in at the same time.
Is the data inside shopGURU safe?
All files in a license can only be opened by the company that owns it Data can’t be transferred to another license.
What happens to my data when I sell my company?
In special cases, the shopGURU® development team could create a distribution file that can be safely transferred as requested by the owner.
Do I have to pay for updates?
No! We give constant updates to our software, add new features and you get it all for FREE! Every time we make an update or add new features, they automatically show up in your account.
How long are your contracts?
You can purchase your license monthly or annually with a discount.
