In shopGURU Desktop, choose License on the left.
Paste the key and press Activate. The PC needs the internet for this.

Thirty days of shopGURU Editor, everything in it. Download shopGURU Desktop and open it; enter your email address and we send you a trial key. No card. One trial per email address and per company.
Yes, one PC at a time. On the old PC open License and choose Deactivate on this PC, then enter the key on the new one. A trial keeps counting its 30 days wherever it is.
No. There is one install, shopGURU Desktop. Your license key decides whether it is shopGURU Operator or shopGURU Editor.
Yes, in the app: License, then Upgrade to Editor. You keep the same key. On a yearly plan, the months of Operator you have not used are refunded (a month started counts as used) and a full Editor year starts that day. On a monthly plan, Editor is charged from that day and the 12-month minimum starts again.
From shopGURU, or from shopGURU Editor. In shopGURU, export a Job File (.shopguru) or a training module (.shopguru-training) and send it. Double-click it, or use Open Job or Open Training.
To activate a key, and about once a week to confirm the license. In between it works offline.
